Names and associated email addresses are stored and processed in a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver mailings. Mailchimp gathers statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technology.
We are required to keep records of evidence of consent so that we can prove:

- When they consented;
- How they consented; and
- What they were told.
You are able to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any email we send to you or by emailing us at via our contact page.

- Link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.
